Here’s where we’re at.

Mailsi is a Mac app that brings email, Google Calendar and local tasks together. Si is our little paper helper and the face of the app.
Yes. The signed, notarized Apple silicon build is available as early access on our download page. Google sign-in is in early access while verification is completed. Google may limit access or display an unverified-app warning. Paid cloud plans are not open yet.
No. For Gmail, click Sign in with Google, select your account and review the permissions in your browser. Other email providers use IMAP and SMTP settings and may require an app password.
Mailsi AI is optional. If you enable email search in Settings and choose it for a request, Si searches conversations synced on this Mac and shares only relevant matches for your answer. Calendar access also has a Settings permission; when you include it, Si uses the dates and calendars currently displayed. Selected email content is shared only after you allow it for that request. Reply style matching is a separate opt-in in Settings: up to five sanitized examples from your sent mail may guide a reply draft. Your instruction and selected context go to Mailsi’s service on Netlify and then to OpenAI. Si prepares suggestions for you to review; it does not send email or change your calendar on its own. Read the privacy note.
Yes. You can optionally connect Linear and pull issues assigned to you into Mailsi. Imported issues open in Linear for editing. Local tasks stay on your Mac.
